We put efforts to make sure all the product descriptions on the site are accurate, and all the products that are provided on the site are available. There might be rare instances where you might have to substitute an alternative material or way some days while placing an order since a component of the product is temporarily unavailable.

Kindly be assured that for any component (e.g., birthstone) that has been substituted would be of the same high-quality as the one you wanted with the piece. The outcome of the product would be the same as you see in the images.

Even though we have attempted to produce the genuine colors of the materials that have been utilized in the pictures on the site, it should be noted that due to the difference in the screen resolutions, the equipment's age and technology, the colors might vary slightly form what you would get with the order.

Estimated Delivery

At times, due to the volume of orders that we get, it is not possible to fulfill the order within the time estimated. And when this happens, we would send you a notification about the delay, if any along with the reason. Even though we attempt to ensure that delays are avoided, we don't guarantee the delivery dates.

Pricing

The pricing of the products on our website is entirely based on the current market values for precious gems and metals. We are continually trying to get the best prices for you for each product on the website. Due to which, from time to time, you would be able to purchase items at a discounted price that are subjected to change at any given point.

The price that you see when ordering the product is the lowest price we can offer at the time. Just like this, once a sale season ends, we would not be able to extend it period. We do not understand the negotiating activity due to which all the prices on the website are the final ones, where the prices are subjected to change at any time without any notice.

The wishlist and shopping cart item's price would always match the current price illustrated on the detail page of the item. The price can differ from the price of the item when you had first places it in the cart. It is advised to cross-check the product page to confirm it. Placing a product in the wishlist or cart does not hold the price displayed at that time.

Coupons & Promotions

The coupons would be applied to the complete shopping cart. It would affect:

The original price of the item less the multi-level discount. In this, the average markdowns might have got discarded to apply the multi-level discount to the complete order; or
The original price of the items.

Any coupon cannot be used along with another offer, and cannot be used on:

One and Only Signature Collection items; or
Sale items.

The coupon would not be applied to any premium gift or bundled items. EnvyHer coupon codes are subjected to expire at any time without any notice, and the expired coupons would not be excepted even if they were from some external site.

Typographical Error

In case of any data or typographical errors inaccurately displayed on the website, kindly contact our customer care representative for the clearance. We try our level best to avoid such errors and we reserve the rights to rectify all or any error when they befall. Also, we don't acknowledge any erroneous or inaccurate prices.

In case, the listed price of an item is lower than the right price; you would be contacted by us for further instructions before the product is shipped to you. We can also cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation in such a case. In case your payment method or credit card has been charged for any purchase, and the order gets canceled, we would issue the amount back immediately to your credit card.

Returns

EnvyHer provides a 100-day easy return policy. You are permitted to return an item to obtain a refund (minus the deductions) within 100 days from the date of shipment of the product, only if some conditions are met as per the rule. Learn more about the return policy.

Refund

For any refund that has been accepted by us, you would be asked to add your credit card information for the payment to be made after the applicable deductions have been made.

EnvyHer refunds the fee of the item after deducting a 30% restocking fee from it. EnvyHer reserves the right to subtract any charges that we need to pay during the receipt of the package returned, which includes the duties for the incomplete paperwork.

Shipment, Customs, Duties & Taxes

Each product that is purchased from EnvyHer follows a strict shipment contract, which means that there is no risk for any loss for any items that would pass from the seller to the buyer during the delivery period.

Since EnvyHer only delivers to the USA, we offer FREE SHIPPING on any item purchased. The name of the recipient specified on the package or order along with the delivery address would be the merchant importing the purchased goods. And this person has to comply with each law and regulation of the destination country, in respect to the item purchased.

The products that have been purchased might be subjected to customs duties, import taxes and fees levied by your home state or country in which you are receiving the product. The recipient would be in charge of this once the shipment reaches the recipient's state or country.

Any additional fees for the customs clearance have to be borne by the recipient specified on the package ordered along with the delivery address. EnvyHer has no control over any of these charges and cannot foretell how much it might be.

It is the obligation of the person receiving the package to contact the customs office in their state or area to know more about the details. And in case any customs clearance procedures comes up when the shipment is taking place, there can be delays in the original delivery estimates. You are advised to have patience in this case.

Comparison Shopping

Every product of EnvyHer is a personalized one that is produced after an order has been made. We reserve the rights to charge an extra fee in any rare case where the buyer orders numerous personalized products for sizing and comparing since this person would be taking advantage of the return policy which is not acceptable. However, if we feel that the case is such a one, you would be contacted before the product are produced and shipped to you.

Risk of Loss

For the risk of the loss of any item that has been purchased by you and has been passed to you upon the delivery item by the carrier, you are solely responsible. EnvyHer has no obligation towards the loss or loot of any item after it has reached the address of delivery.

Insurance

EnvyHer recommends obtaining a third-party insurance against the item that has been received after being stolen or lost.

Reviews and Comments

Anything that you post or submit to the customer service or even on the website is and would be taken as non-proprietary and non-confidential. We shall also have the transferable, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free rights to create derivative works, adapt, transmit, lease, sell, perform, publish, display, distribute, copy, and use such Submissions in any form and by any means.

We also reserve the rights to decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, modify, and translate such submissions. Waiver

In case we fail to request that you fulfill any of your duties under these Terms & conditions, it does not mean that we have waived our rights against you.
